Comes in a black frame measuring 31cm x 31cm (12 inches x 12 inches) and is double mounted with white card. The visible area of the page measures 10cm x 10cm (4 inches x 4 inches). Comes with a letter of authenticity from Tracks depicting the original cover of the sketch book and detailing the lot number etc from its purchase at Bonhams Auction House, London. A collection of 13 Beatles scrapbooks containing various black and white and colour newspaper cuttings and pictures of The Beatles from the UK national and music press in the 60's. The first book also contains 59 ABC Beatles Bubblegum Cards. 12 of the scrapbooks are numbered and all of the newspaper cuttings have been placed in chronological order. There are 2 from 1963/64, 2 from 1965/66, 1 from 1966/67, 2 from 1967, 1 from 1967/68, 2 from 1968, 1 from 1968/69 and from from 1969. The remaining one is made up of posters and articles from Jackie Magazine. The scrapbooks from 1967 onwards are particularly detailed, containing artices, features, interviews, and photos from all the best pop music newspapers of the day - Disc and Music Echo, New Musical Express and Melody Maker - including numerous great colour pictures of the group. An excellent opportunity to purchase a fantastic document of The Beatles career. Each scrapbook contains approximately 50 pages. The scrapbooks measure 37cm x 25cm (14.5inches x 10inches). An original 1967 pressing of the Beatles single Penny Lane c/w Strawberry Fields Forever. The record is on the black label Parlophone label and has the catalogue number 45-R 5570. Matrix number on side one is 7XCE 18415 and matrix number on side two is 7XCE 18416. Record is in a plain white sleeve but comes with original sleeve depicting a colour photo of the Beatles in a picture frame. Condition of record and sleeve are both very good.

A piece of paper that has part of a handwritten letter on one side. The reverse of this page bears the signature of John Lennon. John has signed his name in a blue pen and has added 'To Audrey love' above his autograph. The pen writing from the reverse side can bee seen through the paper. There are several small tears round the edges and the page has been folded leaving a vertical and horizontal crease line running through the centre. Measures 14cm x 9cm (5.5 inches x 3.5 inches). Good condition.
Comes with a letter from the original recipient stating that the reads as follows: My close friend Bill Turner (Now deceased) was a friend of members of The Quarrymen most especially Pete Shotton.
Bill asked John Lennon for his autograph on my behalf and this old letter was the only paper I had with me. I have kept it all these years and certify that this is a true and authentic signature of John Lennon.

The autographs were obtained at the ABC Cinema in Huddersfield on November 29th 1963 and comes an original press photograph of The Beatles backstage at the venue. A black and white photograph autographed on the reverse by The Beatles. John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison have signed in black ballpoint pen and Ringo Starr has signed in blue ballpoint pen. The signatures come with a brief note stating that the autographs were obtained back stage at The Beatles performance on 'Sunday Night At The London Palladium'. The autographs were most likely signed on January 12th 1964 which was The Beatles second appearance on Val Parnell's Sunday Night At The London Palladium'. The Beatles fee for the first appearance on the show which took place on October 13th 1963 was £250, for this show it had increased to £1000. The group spent most of the day at the Palladium taking part in rehearsals. The live broadcast went out between 8.25 and 9.25 with the group performing five tracks 'I Want To Hold Your Hand', 'This Boy', 'All My Loving', ,Money' and 'Twist And Shout'. Measures 16cm x 13.75cm (6.3 inches x 5.5 inches). The photograph has been trimmed on one side and the picture side has three scuffs on it, the signature side of the photograph is in very good plus condition.

The poster features 4 individual colour headshots of the band and a small Mobil logo in the middle with "The Beatles - exclusive photos with the compliments of your Mobil Dealer. Get 5% more m.p.g. from Mobil Special! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" written around it. The picture is a colour photo, printed on card, of the band in grey suits on an orange background with prints of their signatures at the top. At the bottom it reads "The Beatles - exclusive photo with the compliments of your Mobil Dealer" and on the reverse are a couple of paragraphs about The Beatles and an advert for Mobil Special. The poster measures 41cm x 28.5cm (16inches x 11.25inches) and is in very good condition, the picture measures 25cm x 20cm (9.75inches x 8inches) and is in excellent condition.

This item comes with a collection of modern reprinted photographs taken of John and Yoko at the Selfridges signing session. An original 1963 mono copy of the Beatles LP 'Please Please Me' (PMC 1202). It is on the black and gold Parlophone labels with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd" label text but without the "Sold in UK…" text. Ernest J. Day sleeve. Comes with the original EMITEX inner bag. Side on has the matrix number XEX 421-1N. Side two has the matrix number XEX 422-1N. The labels are in very good plus condition with some wear round the spindle hole. The vinyl on both side one and side two is in very good condition. There are several light scratches on both sides but the record plays through fine with no skips or jumps.
The sleeve has wear around all edges. There is scuffing and tears to all four corners and an area of scuffing measuring 7cm along the top edge and several smaller areas along the bottom edge. The bottom edge also has a piece of tape running along the length of the fold over and onto the front of the sleeve. Overall the sleeve is in good condition.

A white piece of paper on which John has drawn an illustration in pen of a group of characters some of which are holding balloons entitled 'Randolph's Party'. The drawing is pictured on page 28 of Lennon's book 'In His Own Write'. The company that printed the book have added 'P 28' on the bottom left corner and 'Randolph's Party' on the bottom right corner. It is exceptionally rare to see originals of John's published work coming on to the market. Measures 25.2cm x 20.3cm (8inches x 10inches).

A right handed 1970's Hofner 5000/1 bass in natural finish, bound maple body, spruce top, maple neck, twenty-two fret bound ebony fingerboard with double-dot inlays, headstock face with floral motif, two pickups, selector switch, control plate with three rotary controls and three switches, ebony bridge, gold-plated metal tailpiece and imitation marble pickguard, a German music shop sticker on the back of the headstock, signed and inscribed on the lower bass bout of the body in black felt pen 'Paul McCartney 1989'; and a black hardshell contour case; accompanied by two photographs of McCartney holding the guitar. The guitar was obtained by rock photographer Frederyk Gabowicz, who met Paul McCartney on numerous occasions in Germany. They were originally introduced to one another by mutual friend Klaus Voorman.

Royal Life have sold these bricks, donating the proceeds to a local charity'. The plaque also has the Cavern Walks logo and printed signature from H B Johnson, the general manager of Royal Life, and Ray McFall, the founding owner of the original Cavern Club. The brick measures 24cm x 11cm (9.5inches x 4.5inches) and the plaque measures 9.5cm x 7.5cm (3.5inches x 3inches). Condition is very good.

A piece of a script for 'Pop Go The Beatles (4)' autographed on the reverse by The Beatles in blue ball pen. Paul McCartney has added 'Beatles' above his name. This was The Beatles fourth recording in the BBC Light Programme radio series 'Pop go The Beatles'. It was taped at BBC's Maida Vale studios in London which was not far from Abbey Road. The Beatles rehearsed and record their contribution between 10.30am and 1.00pm, after which they took lunch in the BBC staff restaurant and then went out into Delaware Road with photographer Dezo Hoffmann (Hoffmann had been with the group all morning, taking session and restaurant pictures). For this programme The Beatles recorded 'I Saw Her Standing There', 'Anna', 'Boys', 'Chains', 'PS I Love You' and 'Twist And Shout'. It was broadcast on June 25th 1963. The piece of paper has had a tape stain professionally removed from the left edge. Measures 17.75cm x 9cm (7 inches x 3.5 inches). Excellent condition.

A lithograph image of John and Yoko from Lennon's infamous 1969 Bag One collection signed by John Lennon in pencil on the bottom right corner and numbered 213/300. The series of drawings was first published under the title Bag One and exhibited in January, 1970 at the London Art Gallery. On its second day of viewing, the exhibition was closed by Scotland Yard and the lithographs were confiscated because of their highly intimate and erotic nature. The case was ultimately dismissed when the magistrate decided that John's prints were "unlikely to deprave or corrupt." Measures 58cm x 76cm (22.75 inches x 30 inches). Two small scuffs on the reverse some slight creasing on the top edge otherwise very good plus condition.
