A set of Rolling Stones Monthlies, No's 1-30 inclusive. Each issue is full of information, pictures, interviews, song lyrics and much more. This set runs from the very first issue June 1964 to the last issue November 1966 condition is as follows: 18 issues are in excellent condition and the remainder are very good plus. None of the issues have writing on the cover except that No.24 has the address written on the front cover and the following issues have the abbreviated address written on the back cover: No's 24, 28(This issue also has a small tear to the bottom of it's spine) and No. 30. Each magazine has approx. 30 pages and measures 16cm x 20.5cm (6.25 inches x 8 inches).

 | B20201 - Marc Bolan T Rex Handwritten Poetry Four Pages.
Four pages of lined notepaper featuring poetry handwritten by Marc Bolan. The majority has been written in a red pen but there are a few amendments in blue pen. Reads as follows:
"The Swirly curl of the rumanian sun limped from the gun of the sky, a caravan bold & painted a starkked skull of ivory ancesstorys the warehouse for the steep mountain wanderer, the gull man hidden in hides. A flapped torso tailored in urangutang tonge. A stout stick of mulberry ritten on by the witch of song in her celestryial togo. Saturn hourly fanned her baked bones like an emperor and a daily child young lily like sang tiny songs in the meadow by the faith stile, his groven ringlets filled with fogs, his caplet of marigold shaped for conversation with the outer world & his sturn copper bootties deseing for wind walking"
Comes with a letter that reads:
"This letter refers to an original hand written poem by Marc Bolan. The poem was part of a collection of ten poems that I have owned for a number of years, which originally came from Gloria Jones. It has featured in my book 'The Wizards Gown' and as a respected expert on Marc Bolan's poetry and writings, I can confirm that it is without doubt genuine. "

A page of handwritten lyrics for Carl Perkins 'Honey Don't'. Lyrics are in black ink on lined paper and signed. Measures 21cm x 28cm (8.5" x 11"). Was previously sold as Lot 481 in the 'Entertainment Memorabilia' auction at Bonhams Auction House, London on 16th June 2009. There are a couple of small tears at the bottom of the page no more than 1cm long but neither affect the writing, overall condition is very good plus.

 | B20200 - Carl Perkins Lyrics Everybody 's Trying to Be My Baby
The following item was written by Carl for the production of the legendary TV special 'Carl Perkins & Friends: Blue Suede Shoes - A Rockabilly Session'. The show features amonst others George Harrison, Ringo Starr and Eric Clapton. And was recorded in London in October 1985.
A sheet of lyrics handwritten by Carl Perkins for the song 'Everybody's Trying To be My Baby' (A song that was covered by The Beatles), the lyrics have been written in black pen on a yellow page. Has been signed at the bottom of the page by Carl. Measures 21cm x 27.5cm (8.25 inches x 10.75 inches). Very good plus condition.

 | B20198 - The Who Signatures 1965 1967 Keith Moon
A complete set of Who signatures on four individual pages from two autograph books. John Entwistle and Roger Daltrey have both signed in a red pen. Roger has added 'Best Wishes' above his signature. Each page was signed in May 1967 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The pages each measure 12.5cm x 8cm (5 inches x 3.25 inches). Keith Moon and Pete Townshend have both signed in a blue pen on separate smaller pages from a lined notepad. Pete has added an 'x' after his signature. The reverse of the page bearing the Pete autograph also features another Roger Daltrey signature. Roger has added 'lots of love' and 'xxx' above and below this signature. The reverese of the page featuring the Keith Moon signature also features a first name only John Entwistle signature. John has added '(BASS) xx' after his signature. Each page measures 9cm x 6cm (3.5 inches x 2.25 inches). These signatures were obtained at Warrington Parr hall on either the 22nd March or 11th October 1965. Overall condition of the set is very good plus.

A double sided membership card from the Mersey-Beat Club that was held every Friday night at the Queen's Hall. One side has been signed in blue pen by four members of the Rolling Stones. Keith Richard, Bill Wyman and Mick Jagger have signed their full names in a blue pen. Charlie Watts has signed 'Charlie Boy' and added 'xxx' after his signature. Measures 10cm x 8cm (4 inches x 3 inches). Excellent condition. Also comes with a separate piece of paper that has been signed by Brian Jones. Brian has signed in a black pen and added 'Best Wishes from the Rolling Stones.' The page has several tape stain marks round the edges. Measures 10.5cm x 5.5cm (4 inches x 2.25 inches). Very good minus condition.

An original flyer/newsletter titled 'Rock! Triad Presents at the Liverpool Stadium'. The newsletter details what happened at the previous concert and forthcoming artists that were going to perform. These included Tyrannosaurus Rex and Pretty Things on 7th November and Black Sabbath and Yes on 5th December. Measures 20cm x 25cm (8 inches x 9.75 inches). Has some light crease marking. We have recently purchased a collection of photographs that came from the archives of '16 Magazine'. The magazine was famous for constantly having the most up to date photographs, of pop artists, television and movie stars of the day. This photo was part of this collection. The photograph was taken during the filming of the film East Of Eden in 1955. Has two 'Phil Burchman' photographers stamp on the reverse and pencil writing. Measures 18cm x 23cm (7 inches x 9 inches). Photo is curling slightly at the edges but is overall in very good condition.

An original set of handwritten lyrics for the Roy Harper song 'Selling My Body' the lyrics are all written in a blue pen. The bottom of the sheet has notes which read as follows: Live track with overdubbed lead. 6PM 4/4/81. I do not intend to play the guitar on the stage version of this. It has cabaret aspects. There are lavatorial aspects to the two comedy tracks but this is by no means all they offer and a balanced album, with particular focus being on the long song would I think benefits it from these two. Measures 20cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). Has been folded otherwise very good plus condition. Comes with a photocopy of a letter from Ian Tilbury which reads 'This is to confirm the authenticity of the Roy Harper lyrics. These were received by me whilst I was his personal manager'.
