A copy of Paul McCartney's 'Paintings' book, which he has signed on the title page in black ink. The book was signed at the Arnolfini art gallery in Bristol and was sold in conjunction with Paul McCartney Paintings exhibition which took place at the gallery in 2000. The book features Wolfgang Suttner's interviews with Paul McCartney about his artwork where he describes his techniques and ideas behind the pieces. Comes in the original gallery bag that it was sold in and also two flyers from the gallery. It measures 32.5cm x 26cm (12.75 inches x 10.25 inches) and is hardback with 146 pages. UK. Condition of both the book and its dustcover is near mint. This book was recently obtained direct from the Arnolfini Art Gallery. It was part of a small stash of signed books that had been hidden away and forgotten about until now.

Also features the signature of Carl Davis who was co composer with Paul on the Liverpool Oratorio. Paul's signature has a black line running through the 'L' of Paul from the Jerry signature above.
