A 12 inch double sided acetate recording of the eponymous debut album. The record has hand written labels on both sides. It comes in an inner sleeve which has "Note This is not the final job. Levels to be raised in places" hand written in black pen. The record comes in the sleeve for the UK album. The sleeve has white speckling where the colour has rubbed off on both the front and the reverse and also along the spine and edges. The record has numerous surface scratches on both sides. The edge of the record also has a dent and some of the black lacquer has cracked off leaving the metal showing. Overall in very good condition.

An all day ticket measuring 12.5cm x 7.5cm (5 inches x 3 inches) which has been folded leaving a vertical crease line down the centre, condition is very good. A concert programme including the 'Information Sheet' which has 28 inside pages including black and white pictures of the artists that appeared, which measures 20.5cm x 25.5cm (8 inches x 10 inches) and has light vertical and horizontal creases running through the centre, condition is very good.

An original early performance contract for the Yes concert at the Stax Club Cirencester. The performance took place on Saturday the 12th October 1968. The contract was made between Chad Leighfield and John Anderson on the 11th September 1968. Yes were paid £30.00 for a maximum of two hours divided into two performances. The contract has been signed by Chad Leighfield and also by a member of Star Artists management team. The contract was originally part of former Yes manager Roy Flynn's personal collection. The contract measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). It has two holes punched along the left hand side. There is also a Star Artists Compliments card that has been stapled to the upper left corner. The contract has some slight creasing but is overall in very good minus condition.
