The front cover has numerous scuffs and tears where the paste over has been removed. There is some wear around the edges and cracking on the spine. The reverse of the sleeve shows some signed of wear and an unknown signature in blue pen. The condition of the sleeve is very good minus.

The label has the rainbow coloured band. The matrix number on side one is T1-2553-G22. The matrix number on side two is T2-2553-F17. The number ‘6’ is printed next to the RIAA logo on the reverse of the sleeve. It comes complete with the Capitol ’66 Sounds company inner and facsimile letters sent out by Ron Tepper from Capitol explaining the recall.
The condition of the labels is near mint. There are a numerous light surface marks on both sides of the vinyl. The condition of the vinyl is very good plus.
The front cover has been expertly peeled showing little evidence there was ever a slick pasted over it. There is some wear around the edges and cracking on the spine. The reverse of the sleeve shows some signed of wear and there is a split along the top edge measuring 18cm. The condition of the front cover is very good plus. The condition of the reverse cover is very good minus.

Bono has added the year ‘81’ after his signature. The record contains two U2 songs ‘Tomorrow’ and ‘October’ both taken from the UK album ‘October’. Provenance: the autographs were obtained at the Mayfair, Newcastle, England on 9th October 1981 by a person that worked for various record companies in the 1980s and 1990s and gained access to group’s at numerous concerts.
The condition of the album is excellent.

It has been autographed on the front cover by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon and Roger Taylor in blue ballpoint pen. Brian May has added the inscription ‘to Elfie with Love’ above his name, ‘xx’ after it and the year 1981 below it. John Deacon has added the words ‘Best Wishes’ above his name.
Provenance: accompanied by a letter from the previous owner that reads as follows:
‘I, Thomas Hallmaier born on 28.05.1959 in München was employed by the company BMG (Bertelsmann Music Group/Ariola) in the mailroom from 01.11.1979 to 31.12.2005. The last 10 years as a team leader in the post office. In 1982 I received the LP Queen Live Killers as a gift from a label manager, who had to leave the company’.

£1,250.00Add to basketAn original Apple Studios, 3 Savile Row, London, England box containing a 7 ½ IPS reel to reel tape dated 7th November 1974. Numerous details on the box such as Client, Artist, Job No. Date, Title etc have been completed in pen in an unknown hand. The tape features an open-ended interview with Ringo Starr about his latest album ‘Goodnight Vienna’. It comes with two period photocopied information sheets from Apple that list all of the questions that are put to Ringo on the tape. A snippet of the audio can be heard here.
The box measures 18.5cm x 18.5cm x 2cm (7.25 inches x 7.25 inches x 0.75 inches). There are splits on two corners of the lid. The condition is very good. Please note this item is not sold with copyright. It is sold as an artefact only.
