Where is my order?

If the items from your order are in stock we aim to send out within 24 hours.  If requested we can provide a tracking number for your parcel.

How much is an item in Dollars/Euros?

All prices listed on our website are in UK Sterling.  To convert to approximate Dollar/Euro prices please use an online currency converter.

How much is postage/shipping?

We charge postage/shipping at cost price.  Before any order is sent out we will contact you with an exact price for shipping.  This will then be added onto your order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.

My items haven’t arrived, what should I do?

If your items haven’t arrived within the time specified by ourselves please contact us by phone or email so we can investigate further.
