Each pass measures 7.5cm (3 inches) in diameter. The condition is near mint.

The invitation is printed in black and yellow with the event details on the front and a map and instructions on the reverse.
The invitation measures 21cm x 15cm (8.25 inches x 6 inches). A piece has been torn from the lower right corner. The condition is very good.

Other artists listed for the month include The Herd, Marmalade, Spencer Davis Group and Peter Jay & The Jaywalkers. It measures 14.5cm x 22.5cm (5.75 inches x 8.75 inches). There are two punch holes down the left side and the flyer has previously been folded leaving a horizontal crease line. The condition is very good.

The contact measures 20cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). The contract number has been crossed out and a new number written above. There is some creasing to the upper corners. The condition is very good.

Each photograph measures 16cm x 20.5cm (6.25 inches x 8 inches). There are creases throughout on both photographs and each has been cut with an uneven border. The condition is very good.

The prints come in the original Les Artistes Associés (United Artists) envelope which measures 32.5cm x 23cm (12.75 inches x 9 inches). The condition is very good.
