It consists of a 12 inch single which has been signed on the reverse by Gordon Payne, Joe B Mauldin and Jerry Allison. Also included is a yellow plastic carrier bag which features the single artwork, two sets of typed sheets, one with a biography of the group and the other with details of an upcoming tour, a flyer with dates and venues of the tour, issue no. 21 of the Crickets File magazine which is dated August 1988 which contains various articles and images. There is also a promotional flyer for the magazine and an order form for merchandise. These items are housed in a white gatefold sleeve which has a sticker in the top right corner. The sleeve measures 21.5cm x 30.5cm (8.5 inches x 12 inches). The condition of the items is very good plus.
B27271 – Professor Longhair 1978 Live On The Queen Mary Press Kit (USA)

The album was recorded at a party held by Paul McCartney in Long Beach, California on 24th March 1975 during the Wings Over America tour. The press kit contains an LP copy of the album, two promotional photographs and a 6-page interview. All housed in a gatefold sleeve which measures 33cm x 33cm (13 inches x 13 inches). Also included is a 7inch record of Professor Longhair’s 1978 Mess Around/Tipitina single with a facsimile covering letter on MPL London letter-headed paper. The condition of the contents of the press kit is very good plus, the sleeve has considerable wear and creasing to the spine, corners and edges with some tearing to the upper left corner. The condition of the sleeve is good minus.

There is a rip to one edge of the box lid and some wear and tear to the edges and corners of the lid and base. The condition is very good.

It features a pencil drawing of one of the evil clowns with animation notes written along the bottom edge. As part of the production process the animation artist would draw these sketches under the guidance of the project’s director. The next stage would be that the cells used in the actual film would be created based on these pencil sketches.
The sketch is drawn on three-hole punched paper and measures 40.5cm x 31.75cm (16 inches x 12.5 inches). The punch holes have been reinforced with brown tape. The condition is excellent.
