    A British Airways first class menu for a flight between England and the USA in the form of a booklet that has been autographed by Ringo Starr on the front cover in black ballpoint pen. Ringo has added the inscription ‘To Philip + Nicolas’ above his name. The signature dates to the 1980s. The recipient has written ‘RINGO STARR’ on the front cover in pencil.

    The menu measures 21cm x 28.5cm (8.3 inches x 11.25 inches). The condition is very good plus.

The Beatles played on 6 occasions between 25th January and 8th March 1961 at the venue, there is a possibility that this generic ticket was issued for one of the shows at which The Beatles performed.

    The ticket measures 12.3cm x 8cm (4.75 inches x 3.1 inches). Some slight mottling in places. The condition is excellent.

    Provenance: The ticket is from the collection of former Cavern Club compère Bob Wooler.  Bob was a pivotal figure in the Merseyside music scene of the early sixties.  He introduced The Beatles countless times during their 292 appearances at The Cavern and was a great ambassador for the group.

    A rare programme from The Beatles performance at Fairfield Halls, Croydon, Surrey that took place on 25th April 1963. John Leyton was also scheduled to share the bill with The Beatles but he fell ill prior to the concert.

    The programme measures 17.5cm x 24.5cm (6.9 inches x 9.6 inches). There is a 3.5cm (1.25 inch) spine spilt running up from the bottom and some water stain on the edges of some of the pages. The condition is very good minus.
