    An original concert programme for The Beatles for Brady Clubs performance that took place at the Odeon Theatre, Hammersmith, London on 29th December 1964. For this one off show the Beatles took a break from performance their regular Christmas show which was taken place at the same venue between 24th December and 16th January 1965. This is one of the rarest concert programmes for any of The Beatles concerts.

    The programme measures 22.5cm x 28.5cm (8.75 inches x 11.15 inches). There is some minor wear on the bottom left corner. The condition is very good plus.

  • B29601 – The Beatles 1960s Beatles Fan Club Ringo Starr Contact Sheets (UK)

    A pair of original sixties contact sheets with a variety of photographs taken by Ringo Starr of John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison with their respective families. The photographs were taken in 1968 for a session for The Official Beatles Fan Club. The final photographs from this session were given out free with orders of Hunter Davies’ authorised Beatles biography and were featured in his book. One sheet bears 23 images of Paul with Jane Asher and his dog Martha, the other sheet bears four images of John with Cynthia and Julian Lennon, two images of George with Pattie Boyd, one image of Paul and John and three images of cats.

    Each contact sheet measures 19.5cm x 24cm (7.75 inches x 9.5 inches). There are cropping and selection notes written on one of the sheets. The condition is good plus.

    An exceptionally rare United Artists invitation to the Trade Showing of The Beatles first ever feature film ‘A Hard Day’s Night’ which took place at the London Pavilion, Piccadilly Circus, London on the morning of 10th July 1964. This was an opportunity for people in the music and cinema business, distributors, exhibitors, journalists and some of the people that were employed to make the film to watch it at the same venue where ‘A Hard Day’s Night’ had premiered on 6th July 1964. Meanwhile the Beatles were heading north to Liverpool for the Northern Premiere of the film. To date this is the first ever Trade Show invitation that we have seen.

    The invitation measures 11.5cm x 15cm (4.5 inches x 6 inches). Someone has changed the admittance number to two in blue ballpoint pen.  The condition is very good plus.

    The document measures 19.5cm x 17.75cm (7.6 inches x 7 inches). The top left corner is missing and the document has creasing in various places. The condition is very good.

    An original set of production notes from the 1957 film Loving You starring Elvis Presley. The five page set of notes feature a synopsis of the film along with short biographies for the producer, director/writer, cameraman and stars. It measures 21.5cm x 33cm (8.5 inches x 13 inches). There is a horizontal crease line and two pin holes to the top right corner through all of the pages. There is a 1.25cm tear on page 3. The condition is very good minus.

    A black and white 1980s George Harrison promotional photograph that has been autographed by George Harrison on front. George has added the inscription ‘To Mathew – Happy Christmas’ above his name. The photograph comes with a letter from the original recipient that reads ‘I confirm that I obtained the item directly from George Harrison via post in December 1986. I received it in response to a fan letter sent to George Harrison that same year. I confirm that to my knowledge this is an original item and has never been out of my ownership’.

    The photograph measures 20.5cm x 25.5cm (8 inches x 10 inches). The ink is a little faded and discoloured. The condition is very good.

    A rare original souvenir programme for a performance by The Beatles which took place at Carnegie Hall in New York, USA on 12th February 1964. The 24-page programme contains a variety of opera & classical music related features along with numerous advertisements and information about upcoming events at the venue. Page 11 of the programme details the running order, interestingly Paul McCartney is named incorrectly on the page as ‘John McCartney’. The original owner has crossed out John and written Paul above it in pencil.

    The programme measures 21cm x 28.5cm (8.25 inches x 11.25 inches). The programme has been folded leaving a vertical crease line down the middle. There is some creasing to the corners and a small stain on the right edge which runs through the majority of the programme. The condition is very good.
