£250.00Add to basketAn original hand drawn sketch from The Beatles 1968 animated film ‘Yellow Submarine’. It features a pencil drawing of nine numbered Blue Meanies with their hands over their faces. As part of the production process the animation artist would draw these sketches under the guidance of the project’s director. The next stage would be that the cells used in the actual film would be created based on these pencil sketches.
The sketch is drawn on three-hole punched paper and measures 40.5cm x 31.75cm (16 inches x 12.5 inches). There are several areas of light staining and some light wear to the edges. The condition is very good.
