B22278 – Ringo or Robin Backgammon Set (UK)

An original 1974 backgammon set from Ringo Starr’s design company ‘Ringo or Robin’. The set consists of a purple and yellow mirrored playing board with metal frame, 2 silver plastic tumblers, 5 playing dice and a complete set of 30 yellow and purple playing counters. The tumblers, dice and counters are housed in a black Ringo or Robin hinged-lid box.

The box measures 30cm x 14.5cm (11.75 inches x 5.75 inches) and the mirrored playing board measures 54.5cm x 48cm (21.5 inches x 19 inches). Unfortunately the hinged lid has separated from the box. The condition is very good minus.
