An original unused 1965 membership application form from the Cavern Club, Liverpool. The blue form includes space on the front for the prospective members name, address and signature. Some unrelated black text has been written on the reverse in Bob Wooler’s hand. This item is from the collection of Bob Wooler, former Cavern DJ. It measures 17cm x 20.25cm (6.75 inches x 8 inches). The condition is very good plus.
