A rare 7 page 1970s letter in the hand of Donovan in response to a letter a fan sent to him whilst researching tattoos. In the letter he writes about sleeping rough, sailors, ex-prisoners, when he got tattoos in Morocco, piercing, Beatniks in Paris and his family. Each page measures 21cm x 29.5cm (8.25 inches x 11.7 inches). The condition is excellent.
