The Bag Productions Ltd. address is also printed at the top of the page as 3 Savile Row, London, W1. The Bag Productions paper was famously used by John Lennon to return his MBE to Her Majesty The Queen in 1969.

The letterhead measures 20cm x 16cm (8 inches x 6.25 inches). The condition is near mint.
