The newsletter is printed with details of upcoming performances at the venue in September and October 1972 including Quintessence, Mott The Hoople and The Strawbs, and a review of a performance by Genesis. It also mentions earlier concerts by David Bowie, Lou Reed and Roxy Music. It measures 20.25cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). The newsletter has been folded leaving horizontal crease lines. There is some paper residue on the top edge and creasing to the top and bottom edges. The condition is very good minus.
