A white metal tambourine from the ‘One To One’ Benefit Concert which took place at Madison Square Gardens, New York on 30th August 1972 at which John Lennon and Yoko Ono topped the bill.  The concert was organised by John Lennon to raise funds for the Willowbrook School in New York. The tambourine is printed on the front with the words ‘Friday’s, Thursday’s 24, Wednesday’s, Tuesday’s and Monday’s’. It measures 16.5cm (6.5 inches) in diameter and 3cm (1.25 inches) deep. There is some wear to the edges. The condition is very good plus.
