B26881 – George Harrison & Jimmy Nail 1991 Autographed Eric Clapton Ticket (UK)

A ticket stub for the Eric Clapton performance that took place at the Royal Albert Hall, London on 9^th March 1991 that has been autographed on the reverse by George Harrison and Jimmy Nail in black ballpoint pen. George has additional the inscription ‘To Jean’ above his name and Jimmy has added ‘Best wishes’ above his. The concert was the final night of Clapton’s Journey Man tour. The ticket comes with a letter from the original recipient that reads ‘I can confirm that on my visit to the Royal Albert Hall to see Eric Clapton in March 1991 I was fortunate enough to meet George Harrison. He was with Jimmy Nail in a box which was directly above our seats. During the interval my friends and I went to see if they would sign there autographs. On enquiring whether they were available Jimmy Nail said ‘they are from Newcastle my home town’ so they invited us in and George and Jimmy signed our tickets’.

The ticket stub measures 14cm x 7.5cm (5.5 inches x 3 inches). The condition is mint.
