B27144 – Paul McCartney 2011 Ocean’s Kingdom Souvenir Booklets (USA)

A collection of three souvenir booklets from the world premiere of the New York City Ballet’s performance of ‘Ocean’s Kingdom’, featuring music and libretto by Paul McCartney. The premiere took place on 22^nd September 2001 at the Fall Gala which was held at the David H. Koch Theater in the Lincoln Center, New York. Each booklet contains a variety of colour and black & white images of the cast and production team, a performance synopsis, history and information about the ballet and its performers, patron and committee details and various other information. The largest booklet measures 14cm x 29cm (5.5 inches x 11.5 inches). The condition is excellent.
