B29143 – Maureen Starkey & Adrian Barber 1960s Cavern Club Astrid Kirchherr Contact Sheet (Germany)

An original sixties contact sheet bearing 37 black and white photographs taken in the Cavern Club, Liverpool by photographer Astrid Kirchherr. There are 2 shots of Ringo Starr’s first wife Maureen and 13 of Adrian Barber of The Big Three. Barber recorded many performances at the Star Club, Hamburg including the 30 Beatles songs compiled on ‘Live! at the Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany; 1962’. The sheet has a copyright stamp on the reverse and numerous notes and small stickers on the front.

The contact sheet measures 24cm x 30cm (9.5 inches x 11.75 inches). There are four punch holes down the left edge. The condition is very good.
