The original purchase document from Penfold Motors in Lee Green, Kent dated 19th October 1962 in the name of Konrads drummer David Hadfield. There is a horizontal crease line across the middle and some wear and tear to the top and bottom edges. The staple holding the payment receipt to the reverse has caused some rust staining. The condition is good plus.
