B29860 – Thin Lizzy Halifax The Roxy 1973 Concert Poster (UK)

An original 1972/1973 concert poster for a performance by Thin Lizzy which was due to take place at The Roxy, Halifax. The poster has been rolled and is printed with a list of upcoming performances at the venue between December 1972 and February 1973 including String Driven Thing, Medicine Head and The Sutherland Brothers. Thin Lizzy are listed as due to play at the club in February 1973, presumably during their UK tour of February and March 1973, however this concert appears to have not taken place.

The poster measures 51.5cm x 76.25cm (20.25 inches x 30 inches). There is some creasing to the corners with a 2cm (0.75 inches) in the upper right corner and on the top edge, both of which have been repaired on the reverse with clear tape. The condition is very good.
