B30633 – Rory Storm & The Hurricanes 1965 Mersey Beat XI Grand Charity Football Match Programme Sheet (UK)

An original 1960s printed sheet which acted as the programme for a Grand Charity Football Match which took place on 31^st January 1965 and featured the ‘Mersey Beat XI’ a football team made up of members of various 1960s groups including Rory Storm as captain. The sheet is printed with event details along with line-ups for each team. It measures 20.25cm x 25.25cm (8 inches x 10 inches). The sheet has been folded leaving a horizontal crease line across the middle. There is also a crease line across the upper right corner. The condition is very good.

The item comes from the estate of the Rory Storm & The Hurricanes singer, Alan ‘Rory Storm’ Caldwell.
