B31468 – Factory Communications Early 1990s FAC 251 Charles Street Compliments Sticker (UK)

An early 1990s compliments sticker for Factory Communications bearing the Charles Street, Manchester address. The building was given the Factory Records catalogue number of FAC 251 after the company’s move from Alan Erasmus’ flat in Didsbury in September 1990 before it’s closure due to bankruptcy in November 1992. The catalogue number FAC 251 was reassigned to a nightclub at the same address called ‘Factory’ which is owned by Peter Hook. It measures 16.4cm x 10cm (6.4 inches x 4 inches). There is some slight wear to the edges. The condition is very good plus.

The item was previously sold as part of lot 289 at the Peter Hook Signature Collection sale at Omega Auctions on 2^nd March 2019.
