An original 12 inch promotional only single for the song ‘My Name Is Prince’ by Prince.  It is on the Paisley Park Records label with the catalogue number PRO-A-5770.  Side one features the edited version of the track which runs for 4.05 minutes.  Side two contains the album version of the track which runs for 6.36 minutes.  The labels and the sleeve are printed with the words ‘Promotional Only Not For Sale’.  The condition of the sleeve is very good plus.  The condition of the vinyl is mint.
