B32065 – Paul McCartney Apple Savile Row 1970s Print (UK)

A colour photograph of Paul McCartney taken outside the Apple building at 3 Savile Row, London on the 16^th September 1969. It was on this day that Maclen Music Limited began legal proceedings against Northern Songs to publish Lennon and McCartney compositions. The image was developed from the original negative in November 1970.

The photograph measures 9cm x 9cm (3.5 inches x 3.5 inches). The date ‘Nov 70’ is printed on the white border of the photograph and ‘Kodak Paper’ is printed on the reverse. The condition is near mint.
