B32943 – Record Mirror 1967 Complete Run (UK)
A complete consecutive run of Record Mirror music papers from 1967. There are 51 issues in total and the run begins on the 7th January and ends on the 30th December.
Record Mirror was first published in 1954. Two years later it carried the first UK album chart. It was also the first UK music paper to feature colour front covers setting it apart from its competitors on the news stand. Record Mirror contained weekly charts, record reviews, interviews with and articles about the most popular and up and coming groups and artists of the day, black and white and coloured photographs.
Record Mirror normally contained around 12 pages. The issues measure 29cm x 40.5cm (11.5 inches x 16 inches). All of the issues are laid flat. The condition is as follows: 15 copies are very good, the reminder are very good plus.
