B33385 – Muziek Express 1962 – 1981 Magazine Collection

A collection of 56 issues of the Dutch magazine Muziek Express from between 1962 and 1981. The collection consists of the following, some of which are duplicates:

1963 – February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September,

1964 – January, February, April, May, June, July, September, December

1965 – March, April, June, November, December

1966 – January, February, June, August

1967 – May, June, November

1968 – January, February, March, July, November

1969 – February, April, July, August, September, October, November

1970 – January, February, March, April

1971 – May

1972 – July, September

The magazines feature the following on either the front or back covers amongst others: The Beatles and the Rolling Stones along with individual shots of the members of each group. The Who, Mick Fleetwood, John Mayall, Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Ginger Baker, Jimi Hendrix, The Monkees, The Kinks, Brian Jones, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Cilla Black, Supremes, Brenda Lee. The magazine usually contained 64 pages with articles, news and images of the most popular artists at the time. The smaller issues measure 21.5cm x 28.5cm (8.5 inches x 11.2 inches). There are holes punched to the spine on a handful of issues. A couple of the issues have damage to the spine which has caused the cover to become detached. The condition overall is very good.
