B34848 – Woodstock Yasgur Farms Dairy New York c.1969 Gas/Oil Card Sheet (USA)

An original gas/oil card sheet from Yasgur Farms Dairy, New York. It was the farms owner, Max Yasgur, who leased part of his 600 acre farm to the organisers of Woodstock Music and Arts Fair for $10,000. The festival took place between the 15^th and 18^th August 1969 and the sheet dates to this period. Woodstock saw legendary performances by Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Joan Baez, Santana, Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane and many others. The sheet measures 21.6cm x 21cm (8.5 inches x 8.3 inches). The condition is very good plus.
