The collection consists of a four-sided promotional booklet, a letter detailing the release and an order form. The booklet measures 15cm x 21cm (6 inches x 8.2 inches). The letter and order form measures 21cm x 29.7cm (8.2 inches x 11.7 inches). The condition is very good.
