A complete run of Record Mirror music papers from 1978. There are 52 issues in total. The run begins on the 7^th January and ends on the 30^th December.

Record Mirror was first published in 1954. Two years later it carried the first UK album chart. It was also the first UK music paper to feature colour front covers setting it apart from its competitors on the news stand. Record Mirror contained weekly charts, record reviews, interviews with and articles about the most popular and up and coming groups and artists of the day, black and white and coloured photographs.

Record Mirror normally contained around 40 pages. The issues measure 29cm x 40.5cm (11.5 inches x 16 inches). The condition is as follows: approximately half of the issues are very good and half of the issues are very good plus.
