Wyman Shoots Chagall was born of an unlikely meeting between two artists who had achieved greatness in their respective fields. In 1976, Bill Wyman was introduced to artist Marc Chagall who was celebrated for his paintings, ceramics and stained glass windows. This limited edition volume presents the portrait photography and extensive reminiscences of Bill Wyman. This edition includes a CD of solo recordings made by Bill in the early eighties at the time he knew Marc. The pages are master-printed in full-colour on uncoated acid-free paper. It is quarter-bound in Mediterranean blue leather with a silk screened canvas front and back board. This copy is No. 1,122 of 1,500 limited edition collector’s copies, each hand-signed by Bill Wyman. The book is housed in the original mailing box. The condition of the slipcase is very good plus. There is a small marking to the bottom of the leather binding on the front cover of the book, the condition is very good.
