A collection of ephemera relating to the Northern Soul music scene in the 1970s. It includes 22 flyers/leaflets, 2 membership cards: one for the Didoz and The Outlook Club, 11 photocopied posters for events at The Underground, Newcastle and an original poster for the ‘Grand Finale’ of the California Ballroom. The flyers mostly mention Soul City Records and the California Ballroom.

The California Ballroom poster measures approximately 45cm x 61cm (17.7 inches x 24 inches).

The Underground posters measure approximately 30cm x 42cm (11.8 inches x 16.5 inches).

The flyers measure approximately 17.8cm x 24.2cm (7 inches x 9.5 inches).

Most of the items have crease lines and some signs of wear with writing to some. The condition overall is very good.
