The Apple Corps Ltd. address is printed along the bottom of the page as 3 Savile Row, London, W1. The directors are listed as J.O Lennon and G Harrison. The sheet has a large Apple watermark.

The letterhead measures 21cm x 30cm (8.25 inches x 12 inches). The condition is excellent.
