B37671 – Beatles Please Please Me Black-Gold 1963 Mono LP (UK)

An original 1963 mono copy of the Beatles LP Please Please Me (PMC 1202). It is on the black and gold Parlophone labels with “The Parlophone Co. Ltd” label text but without the “Sold in UK….” text. Ernest J. Day sleeve. Side one has the matrix number XEX 421-1N. Side two has the matrix number XEX 422-1N.

There is heavy surface wear to both sides of the record and several light scratches over both sides. The condition of the vinyl is good. There is heavy creasing to the front cover and wear and tear to all the edges. The reverse of the sleeve has heavy creasing with tears and tape stains to the fold over flaps. The condition of the sleeve is poor.
