B38518 – Queen You’re My Best Friend 7 Inch Vinyl Test Pressing John Peel Collection (UK)


An original 1976 white label test pressing, formerly owned by John Peel, for the Queen single ‘You’re My Best Friend’ c/w ‘ ’39 ’. The recording details have been handwritten in black pen on the label. The matrix number on side one is EMI 2494 A-1. The matrix number on side two is EMI 2494 B-1 The records comes in a plain white sleeve upon which John has added the group name ‘Queen’ in the upper left corner. The record comes from the collection of the British BBC radio disc jockey John Peel. The centre piece of the vinyl is missing. There are a couple of light surface marks on both sides of the vinyl. The condition is very good plus.
