A typed list entitled ‘Eric Clapton Personal Expenditure’.  The list consists of three pages each containing a breakdown of  items and prices. It contains items such as Gibson Birdland guitar, Gibson Firebird guitar.  Crown DC 300 power amplifier, Record Player, Mercedes repairs, Doctors bills and many other items.

Each page measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches).  The condition is very good plus.   The list originally came from a record company source who was close to Eric.
