B40799 – The Rolling Stones 1970 European Tour Poster Bill Wyman Collection (Denmark)

An original concert tour poster advertising The Rolling Stones 1970 European Tour.  The poster features an image of a ship and a plane by artist John Pasche.  It also lists the tour sponsors Finnair, Lufthansa and Hertz.  The lower left corner reads Fred Reklame / Printed In Denmark.

The poster measures 86.5cm x 63.5cm (34 inches x 25 inches).  There is a tear measuring 4cm along the top edge and some light creasing to the other edges.  The condition is very good plus.

The item was previously sold as part of Juliens Music Icons sale which took place on 19th May 2023 in New York.  The sale featured another selection of items from the Bill Wyman Rolling Stones Archive.  It is accompanied by a lot card and tag from the auction. All of the items in the sale were part of Bill Wyman’s renowned and vast archive.
