B40888 – Peter Green Owned Turkish Long-Neck 7-String Lute

A Turkish long-neck 7-string lute with a hollow maple body of typical form and natural finish. There is a hole to the base and seven turners to the head. The lute comes in an unrelated soft carry bag. Comes from the personal collection of Peter Green, former lead guitarist of Fleetwood Mac. This item was lot 7 in the Bonhams ‘Man Of The World Peter Green Collection’ sale held in London on 28^th June 2023.

The lute measures 110cm (43.3 inches) in length.  The condition of the lute is excellent.
