B41750 – Mary Hopkin Owned Black Tassel Shawl (UK)

An original back shawl that was owned and worn by Mary Hopkin. It is made from a sheer chiffon material and has decorative silver embroidery with sequins and black tassels.  The shawl was previously sold as part of lot 245 in the October 2019 Omega Auction Sale. The lot included original clothing and accessories owned and worn by Mary Hopkin which were consigned directly by Mary to this auction.

The shawl measures 137cm (53.9 inches) in length. There are a few small loose threads within the embroidered design. The condition is very good.
