B41812 – Yes 1969 Marquee Performance Contract Roy Flynn Collection (UK)

An original concert performance contract made between the Marquee Martin Agency Limited and Yes.  The agreement was made on the 9^th January 1969 for a performance at Frank Freemans Club by Yes on the 9^th March 1969. The contract comes from the collection of the group’s former manager, Roy Flynn.

The contract measures 20.5cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches).  There is a Marquee Martin Agent Compliment slip stapled to the upper left corner and the left side has two holes punches into it.   The contract has been folded leaving horizontal fold lines.  The condition is very good.
