B41821– Paul McCartney 1979 Wings Over The World Synopsis Card (UK)

A promotional synopsis card for the Wings 1979 television feature film ‘Wings Over The World’. The film consisted of various clips of the McCartney family and of the band rehearsing and talking to the press and performing.  It was originally shown on CBS in America in March 1979 and on the BBC in the UK in April 1979. The 4-sided synopsis card features an illustration of the band looking up at a fleet of ‘Wings Over The World’ planes.  It was designed by the artist Philip Castle and contains various images and information relating to the film.

The card measures 34.5cm x 27.5cm (13.5 inches x 10.75 inches).  There is creasing and wear along the top and bottom edges.  The condition is very good minus.
