A four-page contract from the first meeting of The Beatles (U.S.A.) Limited company board of directors that took place at 221 West 57th Street, New York, USA on 27th February 1964. The contract has been signed twice by Brian Epstein in blue ballpoint pen. It has also been signed by the heads of The Beatles (U.S.A.) Limited company Sandra and Walter Hofer.

Each page measures 21.5cm x 28cm (8.4 inches x 11 inches). The condition is excellent.
