An original JDS Entertainment agency performance contract between Tony Stuart and The Kinks for a performance at The Oasis Club, Manchester on Dec 5^th, 1965. It is dated 4^th November 1975 and is signed at the bottom of the page by Cliff Adams.

The contract measures 21cm x 34cm (8.2 inches x 13.3 inches). The page has been previously folded leaving a horizontal crease line. There is creasing and wear to the corners and edge of the page. The condition is very good.
