B42446 – The Beatles 1969 Alternative Abbey Road Artwork Image Iain Macmillan Collection (UK)

A pair of ‘negative’ photographs, taken in 1969 but printed later, showing an alternative design which appeared on the front and back covers of The Beatles ‘Abbey Road’ album. The famous images are printed in monochrome and come from the collection of the album cover photographer, Iain Macmillan. The prints bear his stamp on the reverse.

The larger print measures 30.5cm x 31cm (12 inches x 12.1 inches). The condition is very good plus.
