B42897 – Elton John Owned Cream Double Breasted Suit (USA)

A cream rayon suit with satin lapels which was formerly the property of Elton John.  There is a Gianni Versace label present in the jacket.

The jacket measures approximately 102cm (40 inches) across the chest and 81cm (32 inches from collar to hem. The trousers measure 89cm (35 inch) around the waist.  The inside leg measurement is 76cm (30 inches).  The condition is very good plus.

Provenance:  the shirt was previously sold as lot 203 Gorringes Auctions in  October 2010.  The auction featured lots consigned by Elton’s mother Sheila Farebrother and former personal assistant Bob Halley.
