The programme is accompanied by a ticket stub for a performance by Siouxsie and the Banshees at the Odeon, Hammersmith on the 3rd September 1981. It is numbered Block 4, Seat N31.

The programme measures 24.5cm x 31.5cm (9.6 inches x 31.5 inches). There is light wear along the spine. The condition is very good plus.

The ticket stub measures 6.5cm x 6cm (2.5 inches x 2.3 inches). It has been previously folded leaving a horizontal crease line. The condition is very good.
