An original 1995 sales award presented to Sheila & Fred Farebrother to recognise sales in the United Kingdom of more than 2,700,000 copies of the Rocket Record Company album ‘The Very Best Of Elton John’. The award measures 41cm x 56cm (16 inches x 22 inches).  The condition is excellent.  Sheila and Fred Farebrother were Elton John’s mum and stepfather.

Provenance: the item was originally sold at Goringe’s auctioneers in 2010 and was consigned by Sheila Farebrother.
