An original press release promoting Rory Stom and the Hurricanes’ single ‘America’ released in 1964. It gives information about the group members and the background to being produced by Brian Epstein. There is an advertisement for the record on the back and at the bottom of the page a printed greeting from Derek Taylor, Press and Public Relations Officer.

The press release measures 22cm x 27.5cm (8.6 inches x 10.8 inches). It has been previously folded and has torn along the crease lines. There are tape stains where it has been previously repaired, and it is torn in several places. There are ink blots and handwritten notes on the cover. The condition is poor.
