An original seventies promotional poster advertising the Merseybeat 62-64 The Sound Of Liverpool album, released in 1974. The compilation album featured various artists including The Merseybeats, The Searchers, Rory Storm And The Hurricanes and more.

The poster measures 34.5cm x 91cm (13.5 inches x 35.8 inches). It has been previously folded leaving horizontal crease lines. There is very light wear and creases around the edges. The condition is very good plus.

Provenance: the poster comes from the collection of Bob Wooler, former Cavern Club DJ.
